Personality:
Jane is the shy type who keeps to herself and fades into the background. Unless you really know her, that is. When you're good friends with the girl you'll find that she's very found of jokes.
History:
With a father as a beat cop and a mother as a home maker it's no surprise that Jane wants to go into the field of law enforcement. What was a surprise was the death of her father and disappearance of her mother when Jane was only six. Christopher, a wealthy businesses man and Jane's paternal grandfather took the child in and raised her. Whenever Jane asked about her parents Christopher would change the topic by saying “Some things are better left unknown.”
At age six-teen Jane was adopted into the Keeler family when her grandfather died and left all he owned to her. She will receive this when she is twenty-five.
Pets:
A male germen shepherd husky mix named Dakota.
Other:
Jane wants to be a forensic anthropologist
Roleplaying Example:
(Note: This is from a role play where Jane is thirty and a full blown Anthropologist. The personality and such are still the same, though) Putting them by the door, Jane walked to the other end of the office and pulled on a pair of gloves. "Just stack them by the door." She told Teyla who quickly did so and walked towards the anthropologist, a small smile on her face. "You'll be the first to know the race of these people." Jane assured her, a smile coming to her own face. She knew Teyla's people had been living on the planet a few yards from the site and had also gone missing. "Thank you." True thanks was in the womans brown eyes as she stood aquardly for a moment. "Go home, Teyla." Jane whispered, feeling more like a doctor than an anthropologist. "Get some rest, it's been a long day for us all." Nodding, Teyla offered her good night wishes and left the room, leaving Jane to her task and sure to be sleepless night.
