Samantha is very quiet. She doesn't talk very much, unless she's really close to you. She's really nice once you get to know her, and would never dream of hurting anybody or anything. However, before you get to know her she seems kind of cold and very distant. You can definitely tell that something is on her mind most of the time.

When Samantha was six, her mother was in a car accident. She passed away in the ambulance on the way to the hospital. Her father began drinking shortly after his wife's death, and he never stopped. He was a violent drunk and was still very much in pain and missing his wife, and so he took it all out on Samantha. Whenever he had a bad day at work, an argument with a friend, or anything at all went wrong, he'd hit Samantha. This went on for a few years, until Samantha's dad died of testicular cancer when she was eleven. She was a bit upset about her father's death, but she didn't miss him or anything. She was glad that she was free from his abuse. After her father's death, Samantha went from foster home to foster home for a few years. As a result, she began closing herself off from everyone. She hadn't liked how she would finally grow somewhat close to her foster family, only to move almost right after. She started closing herself off from the families she stayed with, figuring that she'd be shipped off right away, so it didn't really matter. To this day, she has trouble opening up to people and making friends.

Samantha has a six year old Bichon Frise, named Floyd. He went with her everywhere that she moved.
